Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, memberships, coaching, workshops, children's programs, digital resources, and future offerings provided by The Kreative Oasis, LLC.

2. Physical Products

Custom-made and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by The Kreative Oasis, LLC. Customers are responsible for approving artwork, spelling, colors, quantities, sizes, and personalization before production begins.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Photographs may be required before a replacement or other resolution is offered.

4. Digital Products, Courses & Downloadable Content

All digital sales are final. This includes digital downloads, e-books, journals, planners, templates, guides, worksheets, courses, memberships, toolkits, AI prompts, videos, audio content, and other electronically delivered products. Once access has been granted or content has been delivered, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will not be provided except where required by law. Technical issues should be reported for assistance and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Coaching Services

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

6. Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

7. Workshops & Events

Workshop and event cancellations may qualify for a transfer or credit if requested before the published deadline. No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds.

8. Kreative Kids Programs

Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition and program-specific financial obligations are governed by the applicable Parent Handbook and Enrollment Agreement.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

10. Shipping

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve your concern.

12. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Community Membership

If, after review, The Kreative Oasis, LLC reasonably determines that a chargeback or payment dispute was submitted fraudulently, in bad faith, or after products, services, memberships, coaching, digital content, or other purchased benefits were delivered or accessed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the purchased service, revoke access to memberships and digital resources, immediately remove the individual from the SAGE Community, The Sanctuary, or any related membership connected to the disputed purchase, refuse future purchases or registrations, provide supporting documentation to payment processors or financial institutions, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law. Maintaining the integrity, safety, and trust of our community is a priority.

13. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted.
