Photo & Media Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, livestreams, screenshots, and other media may be collected, created, used, stored, and shared by The Kreative Oasis, LLC.

2. Scope

Applies to all current and future brands, including Kreative Collectives, Kreative Alignment, SAGE Community, The Sanctuary, Kreative Authors Academy, The Learning Hub, workshops, coaching, memberships, events, and business activities. Kreative Kids follows a separate parent consent process.

3. Media Collected

Media may include photographs, videos, livestream recordings, screenshots, audio recordings, testimonials, reviews, and user-submitted content.

4. How Media May Be Used

Media may be used on our website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, presentations, advertisements, educational resources, and other business communications where appropriate.

5. Consent

Where legally required or appropriate, consent will be obtained before publishing identifiable media.

6. Public Events

Photography may occur at public events. We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests, but incidental background appearances cannot always be avoided.

7. User Submitted Content

By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or reviews, you grant The Kreative Oasis, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. AI & Editing

Images or video may be edited for clarity, layout, or branding. AI-assisted editing may be used provided it does not intentionally misrepresent participants.

9. Children's Media

Kreative Kids operates under a separate Parent Photo & Media Release. Staff follow each family's permissions.

10. Removal Requests

Future removal requests will be reviewed in good faith; however, removal may not be possible from previously printed, distributed, archived, or legally published materials.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will be posted on our website.
